Dr Missagh Fini is a physician operating at the frontier of performance medicine and preventative health. Trained at the prestigious King’s College London, he went on to complete a Master’s degree in Clinical Neuroscience with Distinction, followed by Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sport and Exercise Medicine at University College London, also with Distinction. His academic background bridges clinical medicine, brain science and elite human performance — disciplines that now underpin his work in metabolic optimisation, hormone health, cognitive enhancement and longevity.
His career has extended into some of the highest-performance environments in the world, including Formula 1, Premiership football, professional rugby and elite netball. Operating within these systems, where marginal physiological advantages determine outcomes, has shaped his conviction that modern healthcare remains structurally reactive. He has also advised high-profile individuals across global film/TV and music; environments that demand precision, discretion and measurable performance gains rather than episodic treatment. Recent European tours include Beyoncé, Usher and Lady Gaga.
Dr Fini is currently a Founding GP Partner at the renowned OneWelbeck Hospital in London and the founder of healthcare ventures focused on redefining how health is measured and extended. His work is centred on building scalable, technology-enabled systems that combine advanced diagnostics, biomarker intelligence, wearable data and behavioural science to shift healthcare from disease management to proactive optimisation. His ambition is not incremental improvement, but the creation of a new system for human health, built on data, longevity science and continuous performance measurement.
